From a full-time role to 4 hours a month.

A construction company with around a hundred workers in other European countries had one full-time employee dedicated to recording and confirming working hours. We automated the process end to end.

The challenge

This construction company has around a hundred workers in other European countries. Hours were recorded and confirmed by hand: checking hours with clients and with workers, working out special overtime payments and handling special insurance allocations. The routine took up one full-time employee.

What we did

We automated the process, from recording hours to paying salaries:

  • A time-recording platform;
  • Validation platforms that replace manual confirmation with clients and workers;
  • Automatic payroll processing;
  • Integration with the company’s ERP.

The result

98%of the time freed

The time spent on the process went from one full-time employee to about 4 hours a month.
